I am new to the hobby, so pleas bear with me. I was wondering if it would be possible to set up a trigger tank that was also reef, in a tank about 125 gallons? Would this be possible, or would I just be setting myself up for a major disaster? T4AH

Well i think it would be a disaster it depends on what trigger you are talking a bout but as they get older crabs and lobsters shimp any invert is gone also they might get stung by the anenomes and the live rock that keeps all the anenomes and corals in place the triggers will knock off and place in differnt positions that they like so i would say idt would most likely be a disaster i think maybe and this is a big maybe a baby niger trigger might work until he gets older. Hope i helped

Thanks, I used to have a niger trigger as a main attraction in my 75, but it died unexpectedly, and I'm still not sure why. It ate fine, but towards the end seemed to hide among the LR constantly. I still miss him. :(
