Trigger Size!

About how fast do trigger fish grow? If I get one at about 5" where will he be in a year or two?

They must be slow because I bought a 1 inch hum-hum yesterday, and this morning he was still one inch.

You actually made me laugh out-loud.
All triggers are voracious eaters. If ha has plenty of food and space he could be full grown in a year

I had a queen trigger, i brought him at 3 inches by the end of the first yr he was 7 inches, by the end of the 2nd yr he was 10
i have had some fish grow pretty quick, But she was by far the fastest, all triggers grow really quick, It all depends on the tank size also,
i used to feed mine big silversides, and trigger cubes, the occasional piece of crab meat from the grocery store.
all those fish got velvet, after about 5 yrs,
I lost the queen undjulated, clown and minniatus.
are heater kept shorting out in the middle of the night, and before we realiazed it was too late. it would go on and go off,
we tried everything to save them also we set up 4 seperate 50 gallon Q tanks.
