Do you guys think a Trigger will be ok with a Chocolate Chip Starfish? It will probably be an Undulate, Niger, or Blue-Throat. Most likely a Blue-Throat.
Thanks Guys!
you rporfile says you have a 55. IMO that is too small for any trigger. You are 15 as well. IMO I would leave the trigger out of the plans for right now. You need a bigger tank. 125 would work. 6 foot long. your GSM will turn female which will cause her too get huge and very very aggressive. With the addition of a trigger you are asking for major issues with your tank. Its just too small.
crypt keeper - No, this will be for my stepdad. He was planning on getting somthing around 200g. Sorry, I should have said that earlier. My tank is a reef & 55g, why would I put two Triggers in it? What about Sharks and Triggers?

From what I've heard, triggers and sharks are a big NO NO. Also, I have a Niger Trigger in my 180 gallon mixed reef with shrimp, clams, large female Maroon Clown fish, 2 serpent stars, ect. So far, so good. =)

I also have a marbled cat shark and a niger trigger. They dont even bother each other. The shark eats silver sides while the niger will eat everything else. I added the shark in first just because it I knew it was going to be harder for him to start to eat first.
