My clown trigger has not moved in the past 2 - 3 days. at first he had white spots which i assumed to be ich. i dosed him with quick ich and it seemed to work except he has not moved or eaten in several days. everything checks out ok as far as the water goes, so i'm not sure of what the disease or treatment is.. any help would be appreciated.

HI:
so a little more info please. How long has the fish had ich, did it appear to get better, but then this bacterial infection popped up? What did these white spots look like? since you assumed it was ich.
Ed is right on the money, the cloudy eyes are a sure sign of a bacterial infection, which usually hitchike after the ich parasite does a number to the fish. Most likely you are in low period for the ich. Quick cure is formalin and malachite green, so if you were able to keep a sustained high dose it may have eradicated the ich. I doubt it thou.
What is in the tank w/ the clown? do you have any inverts or live rock in this tank?
Our options now depend on what you want to do
I would seriously consider a hypo treatment (do a search here for hyposalinity) w/ a concurrent antibiotic treatment. We can discuss this later
first things first. More info on your tank, tanksetup, water parameters, tankmates, etc
I await your reply

well i dont have a tank to make a q tank. the trigger is in a 125 gallon with about 100 or so pounds of live rock and 6 other fish. i also have a number of small snails as well. i went to my lfs and i have dosed the tank with quick ich and ampicilin i will try that "green something" today.

A simple and cheap qtank is a 20gal rubbermaid tub you buy from Target. Add main tank water, and a hangon filter, or airstone. Exhange 20-30% of the water every day or so, and you will have a sufficent Q tank, nothing fancy.
AS far as the medicine goes, its your call. Apparently treating your fish w/ quick Ich has resulted in the fish acting like it is now. Sick and lethargic. Is the green something greenX?
I will only recommend you think about your subsequent treatment strategy based on your fishs welfare.
