Triggers, Eels and clean up crew

Does anyone out there have a Piccasso Trigger and/or and Eel with a full clean up crew like snails, crabs, and shrimp? I want both of these fish, but I am worried about them eating my clean up crew. I just want to know if they are successfully existing in anyones tank?

So what inverts/fish do people with Triggers use for a cleaner crew, since it seems like those damn fish eat everything?

back when I had my triggers, my clean-up crew consisted of a few large hermits and a good sponge... I did most of the cleaning myself.

my snowflake dosent bother my shrimp or crabs but dont put any kind of trigger in there because it will eat your inverts as he gets bigger.

Triggers will eat your clean - up crew in no time!I learned the hard way...I put 15 snails and 15 hermits in with my undulated trigger....Not 20 minutes after I put in the snails, he started the feast...about 4 to 7 days later I had 3 hermits left. An eel will leave snails alone, but will tear up the crabs and shrimp. You might try a lawnmower blenny, and alot of elbow grease.

eel will most likely leave everything alone, as for the trigger in is different with each trigger. I have had them leave them alone and I know of others that can not keep anything. Good Luck

Ok this is what I had in my 55... Didn't work to well.. 6 hermits 10 snails 2 emerald 1 snowflake and 1 Huma. Needless to say I have no snails left. No Hermits left 1 emerald left and one snowflake that seems to be smiling all of the time.....
