Tropical Marine Fish picture book?

When I was a child my father had a large Tropical Freshwater/Marine fish book. There were 3 or 4 pictures for each entry and a little blurb about the fish. Does anyone know of anything similar now? My 4 year old boy has taken a large interest in fish and while we have several different books that have many pictures, the one I had as a child puts them all to shame. I would love to find something similar for my boy. Any suggestions?

I understand what you're getting at...when I was a kid, my pop had a big ol' thick book by Herbert Axelrod, and the whole back section was nothing but color plates...I loved it.
There are lots on nice books on amazon.com, most of which would be the quick ID guides of various areas. Scott Michael's Reef Fishes, Vol. 1 is a really nice book with lots of photos, and great info as well.
If you ever get some 'puter time with your son, pop on over to our gallery for some pretty nice shots of some very cool-looking fish:

Each photo is "clickable", and opens up additional photos and every so often a video or two.

Check out “what fish?” a buyer’s guide to marine fish”. It’s by Tristan Louger. It’s a small book size wise. But with 207 pages. Color picture of each fish with info on where they come from what they eat EST.
