Trouble with Fuzzy Dwarf

Well I took the advice of some people on this board and went to the grocery store and bought shrimp, scallops and some ocean perch. Then I sent my wife to get a Nautilus feeding stick. I spent a loooooooooong time chopping it all up in managable pieces so I could freeze it and thaw when needed.
The lion is scared of the stick and tries to stab it with her spines whenever I get close with it. I've tried leaving the stick in there overnight with different foods on it, but nothing seems to work. The only thing she likes is green chromis and I'm not about to pay 5 bucks every other day feeding her chromis.

What should I do???

That avatar is gross. Fuzzy's are small, a great big stick is not going to entice him to eat. Get some ghost shrimp, add them to a bowl. Chop up some fresh garlic and add some to the shrimp. Toss them in the tank after about 20 mins. Next time, add a few pieces of frozen food to the small bowl of live ghost shrimp with the garlic. Go on to less live and more frozen. He will associate the garlic smell. It is good for him too.

So do you remove the garlic and then put the bowl in the tank? The fish wont eat it right?
When I finally start using the stick will I just rub garlic on it before I feed or could I just add some to the bag in the freezer?
