Trouble with My Closed- Brain.

So recently I got A closed brain coral. Everything was fine for about a week then all of a sudden His flesh completly receded from the top making it look whitish and there are hole where I can see his skeleton. I will test water params and post either today or tommarow all i know now is that calcium is 420+ and trates are probabaly around 20.

I thought so any suggetions on what I should do for it? Tried chato it died and now I have a huge forest of ths alimeda stuff so that helps I do water changes where I take out 5g and put in 10g atleast twice a week. Though now come to think of it I let my salinity get low... would that have anything to do with it?
