trouble

I have 6 fish & 5 out of 6 have ich, at least I think that's what it is it's only on the fins & tail. I gave them each a freshwater dip but I think that probably going to kill them before anything else. It wasnt exactly healthy chasing them around the tank.
Can someone tell me if it is ich.
My dog face puffer has it really bad & he's the latest addition got them about 1 month ago.
The fw dip didnt help him at all

75 gal fish only 1 maroon clown 1 dog face 1 pearlscale butterfly
1 coral beauty 1 yellow tang 1 blonde naso tang 1 horseshoe crab crabs & mex turbo snails.
the dog face looks worse than all of them it looks like he has it around his mouth to?
the others have just a few specks here & there & they look very healthy
