I know this a Nudibranch, but couldnt match it up with any of the pics that I have seen. I have noticed one particular colony of zoas closed up and a bit odd looking. When I came home, this critter was on the glass. Any ideas? Sorry about the picture quality.

Ya, sorry for the bad pic. I was in a hurry, and my camera sucks that close-up...this thing is REALLY small.
It does look VERY similar to the pic you posted, but it is not colored like that at all. It looks more like a beige/brown.

OK, I got home and took the zoanthid colony in question out of the tank. I let all the polyps close, and looked through the colony thoroughly. I managed to find 4 Nudibranch. I hope there's no more, but my bet is that there are at least two more throughout the tank. I couldn't find the one I photographed earlier (pictured above). He was probably the biggest, and lightest colored of them all. Here's a pic of one of them that I pulled off the colony itself. The others look the exact same.

well if youir zoos dont like it... thats not a bad sign... my suggestions would be to get a clearer pic... and put it in your usmp or refugium if you have one.. or if you dont just in your filter until you get a positive ID

That's exactly it, OHIORN. I think that yours might have been a bit bigger, but I had four of them. Better pic than mine though. :jumping:

Last night I managed to find yet another Nudibranch on my sand bed. He was near my Colt, not my zoos. Hopefully that's all.
