True Perc not eating

Hi all. I just decided to enlist some comments because I am getting worried. I have 2 True Percs which I believe have become a mated pair. I have had them for several months and one had completely outgrown the other and seems to be the dominant one-- i guess the female? Anyways, they host a large long tentacle anenome and have been very happy from what I can tell all these months. About 3 or 4 days ago I noticed the small Perc (male I suppose?) stopped feeding and has yet to feed as of today. He hangs out in the anenome and never really ventures out... especially when it is feeding time and the female is out feeding. I took a close look at him and everything looks good on the outside... only thing I notice is that he seems to breathe more rapidly than the female and his mouth does not completely close. He seems a bit lethargic as well-- just sitting in the LTA.
Aquarium is a 70g (100# of live rock) with no other fish and just some inverts.
SG- 1.025
Temp- 79
pH- 8.2
Ammonia-0
Nitrate/Nitrite- 0
Any ideas? I feel like I'm losing him.
