i cant tell you about their large tanks...
i have a 65 gallon tank from them...it is a very nice tank...however there are some downsfalls to them...
First...it doesnt fit on the stand so well because the acrilic(sp?) bows inder the weight of the water...it is only about 1/8 inch that it is bowed...but i would have liked it to fit on the stand nice and snug...
Second...if you look at it wrong it scraches...just be very careful when you are re-aquascaping or adding live rock(anything stony for that matter...)
Third...they are quite pricy...i think between the 65g tank and the solid oak stand(beautiful) it was nearly $600(custom ordered from my LFS)
but other then that they are a great tank...they are EXTREMELY clear and have the smooth corners...you can customize it lots of ways(ie. overflows: you can choose from either 1 or 2 of them and you can put them virtually anywhere that you want...you can also choose wether or not you want the tank pre drilled or you can drill it your self...)
