trying to catch a damsel!!

I have 1 damsel left in the tank that was used to cycle a tank. I need to remove him so I can introduce the seahorses. The problem is he keeps darting into the rocks everytime I try to net him..what can I do??

try bating the net with food and wait it worked for me when i had to take out my damsels all 5 of them.
