Well I would not recommend a Coral Beauty until your tank is well established min 6 months. I would also suggest you put in at least 1lbs of live rock per gallon. If you plan on having a tang and an angel. They are both grazers. It is recommended that you put tangs in at least a 75 gallon tank. As for the Chocolate Chip Star if you plan on having any inverts I say no they are carnivores they will eat them. HTH

tangs really need a larger tank. they are active swimmers and grazers. lots of lr (atleast 1lb per gallon more is better) and plenty of space.
for other fish you might consider fire fish, jawfish, hawk fish, tile fish, neons gobies, gobies of all sorts, and maybe some of the more firendly wrasses.

The Yellow Tang should be fine in the 55 (I have a hippo and a Yellow) but the Coral Beauty get real big and Becomes a very agreesive fish.
Angels are very hard to keep in a small tank.
Try two oscellaris clowns instead (they're like puppies follwing you waiting for food) plus they can be purchased as tank raised.
