Tube Anemone out of tube

Hello,
I woke up this morning and my brown tube anemone was completely out of its tube...it appears to be alive, but not sure what I should do at this point. My water tests fine and I feed the tank about twice a day so not thinking it is a problem with feeding or water quality.

you will need to post water parameters, salinity,kind of lights, how long the tank has been up for. before anyone can try to help,what are you feeding twice aday? do you have fish or corals or other inverts?
