Anyone have experience with tube anemones in thier reef tanks? I read somewhere it is a good idea to place these in pvc pipe with one end sealed with fine sand. Any ideas?

tube anemones are hunter/killer anemones that have an extraordinary reach. they are non photosynthetic (being nocturnal) and need meaty foods. they are beautiful but dangerous to fish and corals, use caution when adding one to your reef. they will be at home in a sand bed with out the pipe.
