Tube Anemones

I have them all over my rock. I just wanted to know if tube Anemones are bad? And how do I get them off my rock?

I think it has another name not sure. Its the tube like thing coming off the rock with the sand around it

I cant give you a ID but to get rid of a nuisance anemone use joes juice

Can't make out much from the pic but it is not tube anemones. It is either a feather duster or another type of worm. Neither would be a nuisance.
