tubs blues closed

for the past several days my frag of tubs blues have been closed. Leading up to this, some polips would only open very slightly. This has been going on for over a week id say. I cant see any critters on them, and all of my other zoas and corals are doing fine. I just tested params= ammonia, trites, trates=0ppm, phosphate= .5 ppm ( i just added purigen and some pura phos lock so this should come down). Calc was between 340 and 360, so i dosed a tad to bring that up. I cant find my alcalinity test at the mo, ill keep looking, but it tends to be on the slightly higher side when i have tested in the past (i.e. it takes 13 drops rather than the 9 to reach the desired level recommended in the kit i have--but my lfs said that was ok as long as it didnt fluctuate).
Salinity is 1.020, and i am going to slowly raise that; i just got a new and better glass hydrometer and my old one was .04 too high i have descovered. hmmm, and temp is normally about 81 or 82. Any suggestions? what should i do?

oh and while im at it, i just got a frag of bright canary yello zoos. they basically look like orange bam bams but are canary yellow instead. does anyone know what these are?

If your salinity is in the range of normal (I notice some zoas more tempermental than others-Tub blue being one of them) and no irritants are on or near them you might try adjusting flow so it is greater on them for a few days. Might also check to make sure they are not getting too much light.
