TUC or "Tank under construction"

Thanks Java, actually the two foot area on the right side was originally going to be for a sump, I've since decided it's too small for a tank this size so it'll be used as an equipment *hold* and possibly a refuge. Still working on the plumbing design so I'm leaving possibilities open right now. The sump will be in the stand. Good luck on the glass install! BTW, what are your thoughts on bonding the glass to the walls of the tank? By that I mean, how much silicone are you going to use? Someone suggested maybe using a waterproof glue like Liquid Nails and then going around the seams with silicone, any input?

i thought of using Liquid Nails and then silicone but the Liquid Nails drys to hard it wont move with wood and glass my glass will overlap the frame by 2-2 1/2" so ill fill it up and i will use some self stick rubber pads all around the glass to keep a 1/8" gap so i don't press all the silicone out when i set it in.
they are the same thing you put on a glass table top to keep it off the wood
