Turbo Calcium

I have been putting turbo Calciumin in my tank now for about a week and I'm also using a kalawasser drip and my Calcium is still at 300. Last night I used 1/2 teaspoon per 50 gallons and the Calcium is exactly what it was yesterday. Anybody have any suggestions

Sounds like you may have a bad test kit. Try using a different test kit to see if you get the same results.

I'd recheck the test kits and if its ok I'd start adding more Turbo Ca..

If the test kit checks out ok then try adding a higher dose. Turbo calcium is a strong calcium so be careful but I have to add around 1 tsp per 40g to get the calcium to raise.

BTW, what are your alk and mag levels?

i agree with reefnut. Its going to take more than just 1/2 teaspoon with Turbo calcium to raise your calcium.

ex.. it will take 1 tsp just to raise your calcium from 400 to 410 in a 90 gallon tank.
