turf scrubber

Basically the bucket is sitting higher then the sump. The pump that feeds the scrubber fills the bucket, and with the bucket drilled, it drains back into the sump. Sorta like this. I will be building one tonight if I get out of class early enough to go to lowes, though it will be much simplier, just hanging above and drain back into my sump. No bucket.
Pic of the flow pattern using the bucket method. The black box, bottom left, is the feed pump. Green is the scrubber.

kinda what i figured, just never specifically said you needed a pump to run it, so that should be in the list of materials

Well you don't necessarily need a pump to run it. A lot of folks have their drains T'ed off and supplying the scrubber. Others have pumps running them. I myself have modded the back of my Bio Cube to run one without the use or need for an additional pump.
Do you have a sump/fuge?
