Turnover Rate

My filter does 350 gph... I have 3 maxi jet powerheads that is 295 gph each and a protein skimmer. Am I getting enough turn over rate?

IMO 10x the gallons of tank capacity is good for fish only, reefers like alot more, 15x-20x. Mine is turning 15x in the sump and 10x for the pwrhd. Skimmer is 10x also. HTH

Thats a total of 1235 gls. moveing in your tank each hour.......cant know if its enough without knowing the size of the tank.....and type of livestock you have.........
