Twirling Flame Angel after ******.. HELP!

I have a small flame angel (faily new arrival in QT) that came down with cryptocarrion last week. His eyes were badly infected. He has been in hyposalinity now for a week and all evidence of parasites in gone. He also got 7 days of Maracyn and Maracyn 2 for possible secondary infections. However, his eyes still look glassy and he twirls or spins in place to the left all the time. He does not seem to be eating and I am concerned. HELP!! any ideas from you experinced folks (Susan, TerryB, anyone) will be much appreciated. The Angel is in a 10 gal QT with a Yellow Tang and a Scooter Blenie, They did not seem affected by the ******, go figure...

All 3 fish are new arrivals that came in at the same time. The water parameters are fine 0.0.10.

Thanks Terry B. I understand about the QT of one fish each time now.
Water params in the QT are: 0,0,10, temp 78, pH 8.21, SG: 1.009 (now for 12 days. Employing frequent water changes using water from the main tank and RO-DI. Treatment for secondary infection was with Maracyn II for gram negative bacteria for 5 days. This followed with Maracyn (salt version) for gram positive bacteria for 5 days as per manufactureers instructions, there was a break of 3 days in beween antibiotic treatments. All medications have now been removed via carbon filtration and water changes. The tank remains at the targeted salinity - SG 1.009 (as per your philosophy) and will continue for a total of 30 days to avoid the ****** reinfection.
The Flame Angel stopped twirling but is now more or less stationary and to my knowledge not eating. The other two fish seem free of parasites and eating well.
What ELSE can I do about the Angel... thoughts?

To answer your questions directly: I am using a Pin Point salinity monitor and a hydrometer for SG readings, I am confident they are accurate. Would raising the SG to say 1.011 or 1.012 help and still keep the ****** away?
ALk is 3.2, kdH is 9. ph around 8.2.
The Maracyn II I used was for Salwater with B vits.
I'll try the furacyn or nitrofurazone. Do you know wehere to get this stuff online? the LFS does not carry it.
I have been adding liquid vitamions to the water all along.
As far as the environment is concerned all the fish in the DT are fine. In the QT the other two fish are fine, only the Angel is affected. His eyes are less cloudy today and he is hiding when I approach the tank, I see this a a good sign, wheas before he couln't see me at all. He is still not eating. How long can he go without food? it's been about 10 days! The Flame was eating fine at the sore when I got him (of course) he got the bad case of ****** one week after purchase.
