okay, i have a saltwater tank but i also have a freshwater. What i would l;ike to know is why do my fish twitch. I know it's not ick because i got rid of that. My fish seem to be doing fine but they twitch and it scares me when they do it. Also, what can i do about the high nitrit in my tank? Thanks to those who give advice.

nitrite: live rock live rock live rock, and dont over feed (i know you are ding it) also good clean-up crew.
what type of fish is twitching, some jst do it, or you may very well have ICH back if aquarium water quality is poor and your stressing your fish.

How did you get rid of the ich?
High nitrite is a good reason for the twitching, since it is toxic to fish. Don't add anymore fish. Do water changes to bring down the nitrites.
