Two Questions about Percs and BTA's

Okay, so I'm thinking of buying a pair of percs for my 12 gal nano. I was wondering if it's better to buy in pairs or to buy one and then add another later?
Eventually, I want to create my nano into a reef tank, but I would really like to get a bubble tip anemone for the percs. Should I get the bubble tip anemone and add it first to the tank and let it find a spot where it's comfortable? And once they move around alot, do they stay in the spot for a long time? Not permanately I know, but longer than a few days I mean...
Any help or input if deeply appreciated!!!

Buy them as a pair, they seem to do better this way... and forget about an anemone at all. Your tank is far too small for one and your lighting if its a nano like an all inclusive cube, is not sufficient. If you are going to customize your lighting then a small bubble tip would be my recomendation but it will out grow your tank in no time and there will be no room for anything else. HTH
