two questions (heat and Anemone)

I have a aquapod 24 gallon with the Sunpod lights. When I run my lights during the day, my water will sometimes get as high as 82.4 degrees. I have reduced my light cycle from 10/12 hours down to 6 or 7 to try and reduce the heat. Still no good. Without going out and buying a $200 dollar chiller, are there any other suggestions for me? I do not have any glass on top of the tank and also added a Maxjet 600 to try and move the water more.
My second question is on a Long Tentacle Anemone. When I buy one (and I will), being green to this, how do I handle them when moving them from bag to tank, also if they get in a position that I do not like (and yes, I know they will move to where they want to go) how do I move them? Also, how does the my clown know it is there? And is there anything I need to do to introduce them together? I looked in searces, but could not find anything in regards to handling the Anemone.

open your hood and see how many fans you have. My 12 gallon aquapod only had 1 but had room for 2 so i installed a 2nd fan.
Just a normal 2 pin radio shack CPU fan will work.

Just place the anem in the tank on a rock somewhere and hold it there until it grabs hold. I do that because i dont want it getting blown all over my tank because of my powerheads. It will likely move around your tank on its own until it finds the place it likes the best.
There isnt much you can do to let your clowns know where it is. The only thing i have seen on here is to print out a photo of a clown hosting an anem and tape it to your tank so they can see it and they may follow suit.
I have a bubble tip with a gsm in one tank and he loves it. I have a carpet with a gsm in my 2nd tank and he doesn't go near it. He is currently hosting some zoas.
Hope this helps.
