Type of shrimp?

I just recently setup my 90 Gallon reef. I originally bought 70 lbs of precured live rock from my LFS. After setting it up, I decided that I definately needed more rock. I went back and purchased 25 lbs of rock that had been traded in from an established aquarium.
Looking back, this may not have been the best idea. The new rock was completely covered in purple coralline and seemed very nice, but much to my surprise it also was infested with aiptasia.
The LFS gave me a couple of peppermint shimp to eat the aiptasia. I didn't see any depletion of the aiptasia. It just seemed to be spreading. So I eradicated most of it with Aiptasia X.
Now I have these two large shrimp that seem to be picking fights with the Royal Gramma that I just added. They now look very purple to me. Possibly from eating coralline algae? They don't really look like pictures that I've seen of peppermints. The Gramma is the replacement for a Black Cap Basslet that seemed to be doing fine and suddenly turned up dead a day after I saw him fighting with the shrimp.
Can anybody ID these shimp and tell me if they could cause the death of a newly introduced Black Cap?
Here are the best pic's that I could take of them so far. You can click the pic's to see the full size version:

they look like peppermint shrimp, or camel shrimp. Camel shrimp are often sold as peppermint shrimp because they look so much alike.

Are peppermint's know for fighting with rock dwelling fish like Gramma's? Was I mistaken and they were cleaning them? The lighting is Wave Point T5's with the default two "Blue Wave" and two "Sun Wave" bulbs.
