Types of food?

I am very new to this sorry. but what do they mean by meaty foods? I am looking at different types of fish and what they eat before getting any, I have had my tank running for about a month now monitoring it ever few days.... but was concerend about the food before I get fish. Thanks.

Meaty foods means foods made of meat, such as shrimp, squid, etc.

that is what I thought... do pet stores sell this stuff packaged already? or what do I do?

You can get a good variety at the pet shops. They usually have it in a refriigator somewhere as it is fronzen foods.
