Hey guys -
Finally got around to setting up my new Typhoon III unit but am unclear on the flow. I followed AirWaterIce's initial setup directions (run w/flush and DI open for 5 mins, then just the DI, then close all). I did this, and I see the water trickle going in the DI.
However, I also have water flow still coming out the line that comes off the fast flush/DI bypass. Both are closed (the black lever and the blue one on the DI). It is a steady full stream, and the only way to stop the flow from that tube is to turn the switch that I have put between the tube and the check valve/fast flush junction.
Is this normal? Does my question make sense? Should there still be a good flow coming out of the non-production tube even if the DI and flush are closed?
