typhoon skimmer

Has anyone had any experience with the typhoon skimmer? It is pretty inexpensive which is good but I am pretty skeptical b/c you usually get what you pay for!!!!
Any advice?

ive got a typhoon skimmer it works great. i did have a little trouble with it blowing micro bubble back into my tank but after a few days and messing with the water flow they r almost all gone.
