Not trying to make light of any of this as this is obviously important stuff. My point is, in the first article who will enforce any of this? It surely won't be the U.N. as they are an impotent body.
In the second article, once again the USA is the bad guy, but more to the point, this is war folks, and as such, people get hurt, and people die. As to the U.N., they should ban themselves.

Not sure I follow your argument. How is Lindane equivalent to White Phosphorus, either in purpose or application?
I assume you're trying to tie them together since you've put them in the same post, but point B does not follow point A.
I therefore call non-sequitur.
What are you trying to say?
