UH-OH Mushroom dying? ...

tuesday i got 2 umbrella shrooms and 1 is ejecting a white threadlike substance from the center and looking pretty bad shaped is this a stage they go through or is it a gonner?

Nothing to worry about. I can't remember what it is, but mine have all spit that stuff out and sucked it back in at one time or another and are still alive and doing fine.

Sounds like it's just expelling waste. A normal process.

well it slimed over into a brown ball of slime and has now started to reopen wierd guess its ok though

My tonga mushrooms do that every time when I add buffer and calcium and the next morning they are bigger than ever!!
