Can I keep uncured live rock in my aquarium to curr it if I already have fish in it)"?

no your going to need to set up something being another tank or even a rubber made container. just need a power head and a heater. and a good test kit

Loopy is right.
But when you say uncured, do you MEAN uncured or do you mean flat out dead, aka dry?
Dry you can add.
Uncured releases ammonia and that's about the worst thing you'd want in your tank.
