Your pics are very Bonita. Here's some recent macro shots of my fish. Enjoy and let me know what you think. What type of camera are you using? Regards, Tim

Awesome!!! I love the look of lions are the hard to keep. If I set up a 2nd tank I want to be an aggressive, and would love to own one of them.

Lion are easy to keep depending on the type you get i have owned 3 types antenneta, radiata, and volitan. i lost my antenneta when i moved my nitrites went up and he died. but he was easy to keep and one of the better looking ones to. the radiata i owned was hard to keep and he just died now i have a volitan and he is doing very good and he is in my opinon the easy one to keep. the only hard part withe owning a lionfish i getting him off live food on to silversides, you do this because the freshwater guppies and shrimp you get do not have the proper nutrition for the lionfish. the way i do it is feed guppies untin it is large enough to eat krillthe as is grow larger i use silversides and krill.

Hey Bonita whats up? I was checking out this post or another one the other day and I liked the quality of the underwater photos. You had mentioned the type of camera you were using but i can't find it...
What is it? You been pleased with it?
Thanks!

Lionfish don't die from lack of nutrition when fed freshwater fish. They die because they can't digest the fats in them and this causes liver faiulure among other ailments. Hey Greg is eharmony or match.com? Just playin.

No its a red sea Emperor. I was going to get an adult but really wanted to see the changeover. I'm glad I did because for a little fish he has quite an attitude. How big was yours when you got it? How long have you had it? What do you feed your angel? Looks like he's doing great.
