Unsafe to add cleanup crew?

Hey all my nitrates are still very high....like 100-150. I am doing water changes to get it down so hopefully sometime soon it will be back to the normal level. I was going to go purchase a clean up crew today from the LFS, but now that the nitrates are high, I am hesitant. Was basically gonna buy some blue/red legs, nassarius snails, and two turbos. Should I hold off or would they be able to thrive in the condition? Thanks for any feedback!!!

....that almost seems like a faulty test kit, my tank never got anywhere near that. Even when it was cycling it didn't!

double check your levels have the lfs test your water. don't add ANYTHING till your nitrates are under 20!
What's in your tank? Other than getting them down, you need to figure out what caused the night nirtrates in the first place.
add more lr or get a better fliter, keep less fish, do more water changes...
