rio1700's. i've heard some good and some bad about them, but I like them for now. Eventually go more big time with a huge 400G tank and some sea swirls, and closed loops.

Yeah I heard mostly bad about Rio's. Nothing but good about Maxi Jets. Just haven't searched yet to actually know what either looked like. Again, your tank looks very nice and thanks for the fast reply.

Rio 1700 i have one that has been running my skimmer for 5-6 years now(and i bought it used).no problems hell i think i've cleaned it maybe 3 times.altho i think they may have discontinud this pump most stores seem to skip this one.
