update for bad smelling coral

I posted on my original the update, but figured since I cant update the subject matter I better post here.
Should I get this out of my tank??? Anyone know what's going on with it?
Uht oh....whats goin on here? I have nothing in my tank that would do that - do I? Didnt notice anything yesterday except for the funky smell. It looks a whole lot better on the head than it did....there's just this hole in the stem now - looks bad to me. -dead tissue?

1 cbs
1 cleaner shrimp
1 y. tang
2 chromis
some snails and hermit crabs
couple of emerald crabs
1 lettuce nudi
1 slf crab

I would just keep good flow on it and see what happens. They are easy to frag if you want to go that route. Also, if it gets bad, you could cut it off above the lesion and it should be fine.
