Update on 40 gallon

How does the rock work look?

I like the look of the cave in the middle. It is going to look good covered with corals. I am planning on switching to a 40 breeder as well, how do you like yours?

IMO, it looks like the rock was just dumped in. Maybe try arranging it a bit to make two separate structures with some open space in between. I'm not a fan of wall to wall rock, so I might try to get it away from the sides of the tank. Stack it higher and you'll have more lateral room.

nicetry, trust me the rock was not just dumped in, it took over 2 weeks to get it how i wanted it. I think this tank will look really good covered with corals. Also, I have tried two differnt liverock structures with space in the middle but, i didnt like it.

I do like tanks that have 2 islands with space in the middle, that is exactly how i set up my 110. But I dont think it would look right in a 36" tank. There just isnt enough room to have it set up like that.
