Thanks. Yeah some of the SPS are still getting there color. I am going to be getting some new acro's today ... I think. Thanks again for the compliments.

I can't seem to stay away from SPS corals even though I just started keepin' 'em. How do you care for 'em? I've got one acropora and I plan to get one tomorrow, too. They are awesome!

Tell me about it. I am so addicted to SPS. As far as caring for them, personally I think the most important thing is good water quality. A good skimmer is a must! I also believe that a refugium is a very good idea. I have a 15 gallon sump linked to my 30 gallon refugium. I also keep on the calcium and alkalinity levels. I check them once a week. Also I make sure and top the tank off everyday, morning before work and after work when I get home. Hopefully soon I will make my auto top off system. A lot less work!

This is the way I run my reef, and for me it works. I know there are many different opinions and other ways of running a reef, but everyone has to find what works best for them.
