Finally have all the plumbing hooked up. Just hooked up a 55 fuge yesterday. That was the last of the plumbing for a while. I may add another pump to add a little more flow in the next couple of weeks, and redo the return line from the fuge to the sump. I also added several peices of LR that I just finished curing. It was curing in the fuge, so I had to wait a while to hook the fuge up. I ordered a clean up crew from swf, hopefully should ship this week. Right now I have about 24 snails, 12 hermits, 12 skunk cleaner shrimp, fireshrimp, cb shrimp, flame angel, mandarin, 2 yellow watchman gobies, pseudochromis, and 3 firefish. In January I plan on adding a powder blue tang, and maybe a large angel.

Thanks for the compliments. I don't plan on doing much else to the tank for a few months other than adding the cleanup crew, and finishing the stand and frame.

It's tough not to rush things, but the end result is best. Got an email this morning from swf.com, and my cleanup crew should be here tomorrow. After that it'll be awhile before I add anything else. I have a couple of big projects at work, plus a couple of vacations planned. After everything settles down the tank should be mature enough to add a tang, and maybe an angel.

Thanks again for the compliments. It's hard to beleive that this all started with a 37 gallon tank 3 yrs ago. Now I have 37, 80, and 2 240's.:D

real nice... I started with a 10, now a 55, and after looking at it for a month - I'm already thinking twice that size.

Filtration system is a basic setup. I have 2 overflows. 1 overflow goes directly to the sump/wet dry, and the other is T'd off to go to the fuge, and the wet/dry. I have the skimmer, and heaters in the sump. Water flows through the fuge back to the sump. From there a return pump that pushes the water back to the tank via 2 return lines. I have about 250 lbs. of LR in the display, with about 180 lbs. of aragonite LS. In the fuge I have a 4" DSB, some macro algae, and a little bit of LR. I may remove the bioballs in the wet/dry, and replace with LR. I'll just have to see how the bioballs work.
