UPGRADED!!

Alright so after endless months of searching for my upgrade tank on craigslist for the best deal, it finally landed in my lap. Just picked up 2 weeks ago a full 90 gal bowfront setup with lights sump live rock/sand retailing at about $2k, for a mear $500! Love it. So I transferred over everything to my house including about 20 gals of the guys water with new saltwater. I just tested for the follow:
PH: 8.4
AM: 0.0
Nitrite 0.0
Nitrate 0.0
SG: 1.024
Salinity 32
temp is running at 77F
would it be safe to say that its time to add my clean up crew? Also this might be a dumb question but the tank has a built in overflow in the middle and is extremely noisy, is there a way to make it more quiet? or is simply gravity that can't be overcome?
Thanks for the help and reading my thread

I have a loofah-type material in my overflow and it does a great job with sound/air reduction. I also have a set of valves on the piping that allows me to adjust the water flow so that the water isn't going down faster than it it's coming back up into the tank, leaving my overflow empty enough to suck air or make noise.
I just bought my 150 gallon setup off craigslist for $450. I LOVE craigslist! I took all the filter and refuge intact and took some water too... but I am waiting a while to add anything because cycling is still taking place anyway. All of the coralline algae has died off of the rock even though the water reads perfect. So I am gonna wait until the rock looks like it's rebounding before I spend any money............

do you know the name of the material you have? also would you essentially have to clean it/ replace from time to time since it inevitably will become a filter media?
Yeah i want to wait also but it seems as though its already good to go? I've been dosing with purple tech and the coraline is taking over again. the guy that I bought this tank from let it sit for 3 months with the sump off and let long green hair algae take over so i had to scrub it off.

It looks like it was just a piece of natural loofah that was cut to fit into the overflow box. I rinse it out every week to remove any debris it collects...

So I went to my lfs Tats and asked their staff what they would recommend for the noise and they gave me a filter media insert similar to that of a loofah and the noise is GONE! Added 30 hermits and 30 snails, they made it through the night and have been working hard since. Did another water test today and everything is inline so I'm going to give it another week before adding corals and fish
