Upgrading Aquapod Light to include 70wMH Need to know what I need?

Im in the middle of upgrading my aquapod 24g lighting to include a 70w DE MH. I just purchased the light bracket/holder ends and now I am looking for the ballast. This year I did the same with my 125g when I added 2 - 400w MH. I just went and got 2 Advance ballast M59 and wired them up. I need to know which ballast I need to get for a 70w. I know they were different one like pulse start and magnetic or electronic and so on. Anyone know which one I need to get?

I wanted to go with a 150w but after looking around and speaking to other people it came down to 70w due to heat issues. It's going in the light fixture that comes with the Aqua pod. Too close to the water and ventillation in the hood is not made all that well.
Icecaps too expensive. Wanted to go DIY and get a different kind of ballast such as a Workhorse or Advance.

bump Is the difference in the two just that one is electronic and the other one is magnetic which means they are basically the same?
