i have a wetdry made for tanks up to 75g. its a proclear. when i upgrade to a 90-150g tank soon can i still use that over flow box that came with it or do i need to get a bigger one. and would a wet dry for a 75g filter good enough for a tank that is 90 to 150 gallons(havent found a tank yet so idk what size im getting). i will also have a refugium and a skimmer and live rock. it is going to be an agressive tank. thanks

I would say when you upgrade tanks make sure your new one is drilled.
All that means is that the over flows are built in reather then hang on. Haveing a drilled tank is much better on the larger tanks they have 2 over flows built in that + much better water flow.

you can always drill another hole in your existing overflow box to create more flow. just run another drain to the sump. pretty easy.

Possibly but with some caution, there are limits to the max flow they can pull from the tank unless you update the U tubes as well at which point the volume they pull can actually start to suck air and break suction.... If you can to with it built into the tank do so, it pays for itself in stress relief as one as a reduced chance of something going wrong.
