upgrading to bigger tank

What are the steps I should follow for upgrading to a bigger tank. I'm going from a 50g to 60g. Would I need to cycle the new setup or just transfer the live rock, sand, and filteration I plan on keeping the same filteration. I also use catalina saltwater that I buy from a local store. Would I just add that and the same tank water to the new setup? First timer at this.

off your main question but...If you already have the 60 gal. that's one thing, but if you don't I wouldn't go through the trouble for 10 extra gallons. You outta upgrade as big as possible, because eventually you will want even bigger. It's a law of fishkeeping.
