Upgrading to Koralia....

Right now I have a cheapo powerhead from ebay that works fine, but it is kind of loud and big and bulky.....On the other side of the tank (30 gallon by the way) is the return line from the sump which puts out a good flow. I'm looking into the Hydor Koralia's, I like how small they are and the way they attach. Sometimes the suction cups on mine lets loose and I have a sand storm in my tank!! Anyway, Would a koralia 425 be ok for my tank? Can I get away with just one? What are your suggestions??

I don't think that size will work, I think you need a bigger model. I'd go with the 750gph model.
