upgradng lighting question

I have a 26g bow with 110w PC, I am thinking of building a hood and upgrading to a 150w VHO. I think my question is, is it worth the $$ to upgrade for 40w? Also should I try and squeeze in my PC and use them for actinic and the VHO for white?
current corals:
pulsating xenia
green brain
false coral
leather (not sure what kind)
blue mushroom
colt coral
current fish:
clown and 6-line
What are your thoughts or should I just stay with what I've got?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If this were your tank what lights would you use? I would like to upgrade, but what would be a good one? If I do change where would be a good place to buy?
