Is anyone having problems uploading pictures since the change??? I cant post any pics

None of the pics in my threads come up

I can't post any pics using that "Manage attachments".
I do have Photobucket and I used that instead and it worked!
I had to right click on the pic in PB and click on "Copy image location"
Then I had to click on the little yellow envelope in the list of icons above where I am typing and paste it in that.
