Upset Anemone

Arg. one of my long tent. anemones at work is quite upset. We got it about two weeks ago and it was our largest one for a while, at about 9" acrost at his "happy state". It's in a custom 40 long tank that is about the size of a 55 (4 ft across) but comes up shorter in height.
We have two other long tents, and two sebae's in with it that are scattered across the tank and seem to be doing quite well, but yesterday the anemone in question began to pull half his body in, letting his tents shirvel up. Today his was almost completely shrivled, and his middle region seemed to be swollen.
The salinity is fine (1.022), the ph is as it always is (8.2), we have two 24" double PC's and two 50/50 flourescents with a total of over 50,000 kelvins (four 10k pcs and 1300kelvins flourescents plus the actinic) . Our nitrate/nitrites are zilch, our skimmer doesn't even pull much off. I perform a 10-15% water change weekly. We never have problems with the inverts in the tank.
The only thing I can think of is that my associate fed it a silverside right before he began to 'shrivle' up. Is it possible that the silverside was bad and it's effecting the anemone? Wouldn't it spit it out? Are there any other possibilities? What can I do to help it?:help:
The only other "problem" with the tank is that I noticed some of our mushroom polyps have "slid" off their piece of live rock and onto the sand bed. I assume they did this because the live rock was placed under the flourescents, and they have slid to be under the PC....but I was also under the impression that mushrooms don't prefer much lighting....
Thanks for your help! I was dying to bring the LT anemone home to my tank and set it in quarantine but now I just want to get it well.
