I've finally convinced my wife of the great need to upsize my fuge. 
Here's the plan.
40g Eclipse Tank
External Overflow Rated at 600gph
Mag 7 pump 450gph at 4' giving me about 10 waterchanges an hour.
The 40g will sit next to the display tank. It will be feed from the sump via the pump and return to the sump via overflow. Currently I don't have much extra LR but I will add as I go.
Any suggestions?
