urchins hurt!!!

so heres what happen i trmmed my long spinned urcin for the first time and spins are all over the place I go to move the rock around and.....you can geuss the rest my question is is this going to turn fatal i'v already put hydrogin peroxcide on it and some ontment help?!?!

Soak in vinegar and then hot water. This happened once on a dive trip in the Bahamas. Also:
